An alcohol-free event. GO A LITTLE DEEPER with this extended, 60-minute TRIPLE gong journey with one of the largest, healing gongs in Northern Colorado made especially to relax and elevate your mind, body, and spirit. 

Release 2023, and set the intention to receive whatever your heart desires for 2024. Journey with The Gongs for 60 minutes and feel refreshed and renewed for the new year. The event is held at The Golden House in the beautiful foothills near Horsetooth Mt./Reservoir in Fort Collins - You are welcome here! 

• Please bring a water bottle and whatever items you need (favorite pillow, sleeping bag, etc.) to make your body comfortable for this 60-minute. SESSION. We offer mats, cushions, bolsters, pillows, blankets and eye masks.
• Delicious cookies, fruity tea, and community after if it feels right for you

THE GONG:

The Gong has been used in healing for thousands of years.  The mind finds it challenging to follow and control the complex sounds of The Gong and will enter into a deeply relaxing meditative state. It is great for those who feel resistant to meditation or relaxation in general.  The Gong releases tension and blocks in the body and mind.  It reduces the harmful effects of stress by shifting out of flight, fright, or freeze mode and guiding into rest, digest, and heal mode. The Gong quiets the mind, clearing the clutter from the subconscious, by working into brain wave states we typically reach during restful sleep or deep meditation.
